| RETURN POLICY: Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with a product please call our customer service department at 210-684-7373 within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. After 30 days, unless otherwise provided in a specific warranty, no products may be returned. We will not accept any merchandise which displays use or misuse. Refunds will be issued by check for pre-paid merchandise. Credits will be issued to the credit card account to which the merchandise was charged in the case of credit card orders. A restocking charge of 25% will be imposed for returned merchandise which is not being returned due to damage or defective product. This policy is subject to change without notice. |
